MKC Leadership Training 2018

Our MKC heroes were delighted to be invited to attend places on a 'Leaders of Learning' training workshop.  

The training supported your Heroes to develop their understanding of learning and how to utilise this to lead across the Hero group at High View and, possibly, beyond, within linked school settings.  The training also supported their individual development of skills in learning, confidence and empowered them to develop their sense of leadership, self and working with others.

The training was provided by the University of the First Age trainers and includes much active participation and team working.

Our Heroes really enjoyed their two days learning lots of new skills which they then shared with their peers.
